我看Who Moved My Cheese?

我们要时时注意自己周遭环境的变迁,就算是很小的变动,因为等到事情真的发生的时候,我们才不会惊慌失措。然后就可以很快速地去解决或者走下一步。
Inspecting the area surround you if there is any changes even a small changes. Because when things happen, we are already prepare and can solve it or take the action quickly and move to next step.

然而事情真的发生的时候,发牢骚, 呐喊,生气。。真的对事情没有帮助
When things happen, ranted and raved, scream, angry etc is not the a good way to solve the things. What we need is Solution.

如果事情的发生和我们想的不一样,或者已经变了,那么很简单,我们也跟着变吧!
If the things happen is not what we want or what we thought, or the things already changed, simple, we change !!

时时刻刻准备自己,不要等到事发突然的时候觉得自己还没有准备好而慌张。因为人在一慌张的时候最容易做不对的决定或者是最容易下不了决定。那么就很难继续走下去了!
Get ready ourselves most of the time. Therefore, we won’t feel panic when things happen suddenly. It is hard for us to make a wise decision or even cannot make any decision when we get panic. If we cannot decide what we going to do next, eventually is hard for us to move on !!

你越是觉得重要的东西你越想要紧紧抓着不放!!
The more important the thing is to you, the more you want to hold on to it.

很多人在事情发生并不是他们所想要的时候,他们会花很多时间在想为什么会这样,为什么事情会这样子发生,而不是去想办法解决。其实事情发生已经发生了,在怎么去想原因已经不重要了,重要的是下一步,是去解决它。解决了就继续我们的人生!
If things happen is not what we want to be, a lot of people will spend a lot of time to think why this kind of thing happen to them, why is not fair and they will not use the time to think how to solve it. ACtually things happened, happened. The reason that cause this happen sometimes is not important of the time being. The important things is next step, the solution. Because, once we solve it, we can continue our wonderful life, our next step!

有时候分析太多对事情没有帮助的话,不如直接去行动会更好。
Don’t analyse too much, take action !!

没有事情是理所当然的,当然也没有人是理所当然地应该要对我们好。理所当然只是我们自己以为的。可是很多人很理所当然地觉得自己应该得到这些那些,如果事情不如他们所愿的话,这些人就很容易生气,伤心。
Nothing is entitled. We are not entitled to be good by others. Entitled is something that we think by ourselves. But a lot of people will think that, they entitle to have this, to have that. That’s why when they did not get what they want, they easily get frustrated !

为了要抵达我们的梦想或终点,我们有时候需要走出我们的舒适圈。
If we want to reach our goal, we need to get out of our comfort zone.

如果我们能成功地做一样事情,我们一定可以再做多一次一模一样的事情,因为我们已经做过了呀!
If we can do something successful once, then we can do the same things again. This is because we already done once before !!

事情改变了已经不会再回到以前那样了,可是生活还是好继续,所以我们也要向前。
Things changed and it will never be the same again. That’s life, life move on. And so should we.

有时候我们害怕是因为我们害怕事情会更加糟糕,可是这样的害怕是好的。因为当我们害怕事情变得更糟糕的时候会促使我们去行动不让事情变得更糟糕。但是我们不能因为过度害怕而停止行动。
Sometimes some fear can be good. When you are afraid thinga are going to get worse if you don’t do something, it can prompt you into action. But it is not good when you are so afraid that it keeps you from doing anything.

我们掌握事情而不是让事情主宰我们。
We taking control, rather than simply letting things happen to us.

迟开始去做一件事情好过从来没有开始过。
Better late than never.

当我们不再害怕的时候,我们就会感觉美好。
When you stop being afraid, you feel GOOD !

很多人觉得改变会让事情更糟糕,其实当我们改变了之后,才可以发现改变其实可以让事情更美好。
People always think that a change would lead to something worse. After we changed, only we  be able to realize that change could lead to something better.

所有的恐惧都是由心而生的,现实中并没有我们想象中的那样可怕。
The fear you let build up in your mind is worse than the situation that actually exists.

不管你接不接受,很多事情都一直在改变。
It was natural for change to continue occur, whether you accept it or not.

当你改变你所相信的,你将会改变你的做法。
if you change what you believe, you change what you do.

如果我们不放掉之前,怎么前进?
if we do not let go the past? How to move on?

保持简单,要有弹性,可以很快地前进
keep things simple, be flexible, and move quickly
