BKK: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is 80km from BKK town and is about 1.5 hours by car.

By the time we arrived, there will be a person explain to us the river. Then we choose the time, there have 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours.
Of course, the price is different and the route is different.

He suggest us to take 1.5 hours because 1 hour might be too rush.

 

when we get into the sampan, the person in charge help us take photo one by one. after we came back only know that they make our photo into photo frame.you can choose to buy or not lah. but i bought all 4 plus add another 1 photo for the aunt so total 5 !!! hahaha ~~ for memory hah !!

first stop the guy bring us to coconut production place
we can try the coconut drink but is super sweet, like drinking sugar like that

here sell all the things made from coconut

all these lamps made from coconut as well
the price not so cheap though

but papa love a cup set with plate and small spoon
he said wanna buy for memory
so end up not so cheap also bought le
cause he said memory mah ~~~

all these people live beside along the river
they go anywhere also use sampan
the floating market actually is their morning market to buy vege, fruits de

local people will go to the market early in the morning between 6-8am
so tourist best time to go is after 8am
so ngam we arrive there 9.30am
very nice !!! no need to pack with the local ppl !!!!!

and when you see noodle or any food you want
you only can buy from other boat
then eat in our own sampan, just like this !!!
hold the bowl and eat !!!!

also if you want to drink coconut water also same ~~
but a very good experience hah ^^

this is the actual floating market
actually i miss a lot of photo taking
because i need to pay on the food that they buy
and hold those food
and take photo
i wish i have more hands  -_-‘’

and we stop at Ratchaburi Province as well

we can clip money on this stick
you can clip any currency any amount of money as you like

then after that write your name on this 瓦片
all this will make the roof of the temple de
then our name will be there le !!
some ppl write name and wish
some just write name
i am greedy i write both !!!

1.5 hours just like that ~~
we back to town again and continue visit temple !!
