as far i can see, you can tolerate people commit le but never do it but not to me

Commit to take this shift but never appear

How long can we tolerate people who late to work and did not appear to their work shift?

Can we tolerate for a year?

Can your boss tolerate you for a year?

Commitment is like that de now only i know

Now only i know people can easily say yes i will come , i commit to this shift

I commit this and that, yet they never even do it

Nor I dont think they tried

Now I wonder, WHAT IS COMMITMENT?????
